Where did the Open cities mod from nexus go? While always having many of your mods in my load order, I avoided this mod years ago cause I had a potato computer I shouldn't have been able to run Skyrim having something like 15 FPS standing still.

If not, is removing a city myself as easy as removing the desired file tree in xedit then opening it in CK and re-saving?
